The Data Subject has the right to submit any request or instruction related to the processing of personal data to the Data Controller in writing by delivering it directly to Europos pr. 5, LT-46329, Kaunas or by e-mailing it to info@biominvija.lt

Upon receiving such a request or instruction, the Data Controller shall, within one month of the date of application, provide a response and either perform the actions specified in the request or refuse to perform them. Said period may be extended by two further months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of the requests.
