The Data Subject has the right to submit any request or instruction related to the processing of personal data to the Data Controller in writing by delivering it directly to Europos pr. 5, LT-46329, Kaunas or by e-mailing it to info@biominvija.lt
Upon receiving such a request or instruction, the Data Controller shall, within one month of the date of application, provide a response and either perform the actions specified in the request or refuse to perform them. Said period may be extended by two further months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of the requests. The Data Controller shall inform the Data Subject of any such extension within one month of receipt of the request, together with the reasons for the delay.
The Data Controller may refuse to create conditions for Data Subjects to exercise the rights listed above, with the exception of objection to the processing of personal data for the purpose of direct marketing, when, in cases provided for by law, this is necessary to ensure the prevention, investigation or identification of crimes or violations of official or professional ethics, as well as the protection of the rights and freedoms of the Data Subject or other persons.
